The report highlights a disturbing truth: despite tools considered by 90% of executives to be drivers of innovation, a majority admit that their technological infrastructure is not ready. In fact, 57% of French decision-makers see their technological foundation as a barrier to innovation.<\/strong> This phenomenon is attributable to the maturity of the infrastructure: legacy systems, rigid architectures, and often siloed governance processes. AI agents should not be seen as replacements, but as allies that enhance human capabilities.<\/strong> The Measurable Results of Agentic AIThe initial results regarding the effectiveness of agentic AI are already promising. According to the<\/strong> Kyndryl Readiness Report 2025,<\/strong> 54%<\/p>\n\n

of companies report a positive return on investment. In the insurance sector, significant gains are observed, with a<\/h2>\n\n

in claims resolution times and a decrease in losses due to fraud of<\/h3>\n\n

In the financial sector, there is a reduction in processing times of up to 60%, and increased visibility into risks. Fewer than<\/strong> 29% of executives say they are ready to leverage the capabilities of AI, and even fewer than a third feel capable of working with autonomous agents. This discrepancy highlights that the issue is not only technological, but primarily human.<\/strong> The Keys to Success<\/strong>Kyndryl recommends three key areas for a successful transition. First, AI agents must be viewed as assistants that enhance human intervention. Second, a cultural transformation is necessary to foster greater agility in decision-making processes.
