Likewise, <strong>Claude<\/strong> of the Anthropic company and <strong>AI concept<\/strong>, specialized in work organization, offer interesting alternatives to ChatGPT.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The challenges of developing sovereign generative AI in Europe<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The development of <strong>Generative AI<\/strong> sovereign powers in Europe face several challenges. The dominance of American tech giants such as Google, Amazon, Facebook, Apple, Microsoft and Nvidia makes the task difficult for Europe. These companies have a significant lead in research and development, requiring massive investments to make up for the European gap.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">European funding for AI is still lower than that of the United States. Emmanuel Macron suggested a significant investment plan, amounting to between 650 and 1,000 billion euros per year, to allow Europe to catch up.
