Ce document, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 amend\u00e9 et adopt\u00e9 \u00e0 75%, aborde plusieurs enjeux cruciaux tels que l\u2019int\u00e9gration des syndiqu\u00e9s isol\u00e9s, le d\u00e9veloppement de <strong>syndicats professionnels de territoires<\/strong>, l\u2019objectif du <strong>100% S\u00e9cu<\/strong>, et la recherche de l\u2019<strong>unit\u00e9 syndicale<\/strong>. En outre, le texte met en lumi\u00e8re la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de renforcer la formation des militants sur des sujets complexes comme l\u2019<strong>inteligencia artificial<\/strong>, face aux inqui\u00e9tudes suscit\u00e9es par son d\u00e9veloppement rapide.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors du r\u00e9cent congr\u00e8s qui s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 \u00e0 Tours, la CGT a adopt\u00e9 un document d\u2019orientation exposant ses strat\u00e9gies pour les trois prochaines ann\u00e9es. Ce document aborde des th\u00e9matiques vari\u00e9es telles que l\u2019int\u00e9gration des syndiqu\u00e9s isol\u00e9s, l\u2019importance de l\u2019<strong>inteligencia artificial<\/strong> et la recherche de l\u2019unit\u00e9 syndicale. En d\u00e9pit de d\u00e9bats parfois tendus, la feuille de route pr\u00e9voit des actions concr\u00e8tes pour renforcer le mouvement syndical en France.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Int\u00e9gration et renforcement des syndiqu\u00e9s isol\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le congr\u00e8s de la CGT s\u2019est notamment concentr\u00e9 sur l\u2019enjeu crucial de l\u2019int\u00e9gration des syndiqu\u00e9s isol\u00e9s. Avec environ 100 000 membres non affili\u00e9s \u00e0 un syndicat sp\u00e9cifique parmi les quelque 600 000 adh\u00e9rents, la besoin d\u2019une approche plus inclusive est manifeste. Le document recommande la cr\u00e9ation de <strong>syndicats professionnels de territoires<\/strong> qui viendraient compl\u00e9ter le r\u00f4le des syndicats d\u2019entreprise. Cette strat\u00e9gie vise \u00e0 permettre aux travailleurs isol\u00e9s de s\u2019engager activement au sein de la CGT, notamment dans les \u00ab d\u00e9serts syndicaux \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9fis autour de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale et des droits des salari\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un sujet de d\u00e9bat br\u00fblant a \u00e9t\u00e9 la question du \u00ab 100% S\u00e9cu \u00bb, ou l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019une <strong>S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale int\u00e9grale<\/strong>. Certains d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s craignent que le nouveau statut propos\u00e9, qui pr\u00f4ne des droits transf\u00e9rables entre entreprises, n\u2019affaiblisse l\u2019exigence d\u2019une prise en charge totale des besoins sociaux. En fin de compte, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019approfondir ce sujet, afin de garantir que la r\u00e9forme des droits des salari\u00e9s ne se fasse pas au d\u00e9triment du \u00ab 100% S\u00e9cu \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tensions et d\u00e9bats au c\u0153ur du congr\u00e8s<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le d\u00e9roul\u00e9 du congr\u00e8s n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 exempt de tensions, notamment quand des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du secteur de la sant\u00e9 ont pris d\u2019assaut la sc\u00e8ne pour protester contre la gestion des d\u00e9bats. Avec pas moins de 6 800 amendements pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, le processus de discussion a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement intense. Malgr\u00e9 ces dissensions, le document d\u2019orientation a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9 par une large majorit\u00e9 de pr\u00e8s de 75 %.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recherche de l\u2019unit\u00e9 syndicale<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un contexte politique et \u00e9conomique en mutation, la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de renforcer l\u2019<strong>unit\u00e9 syndicale<\/strong> est mise en avant dans le document. Avec la participation des principaux dirigeants syndicaux, la CGT a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de mener des actions collectives pour massifier les mobilisations. Cette unit\u00e9 permettrait de n\u00e9gocier \u00e0 partir de propositions syndicales solides plut\u00f4t que de se contenter d\u2019amender les propositions patronales, en renfor\u00e7ant notamment les liens avec la FSU.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formation des syndicalistes \u00e0 l\u2019intelligence artificielle<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un autre axe strat\u00e9gique crucial est la formation des membres sur les enjeux de l\u2019<strong>inteligencia artificial<\/strong>. La mont\u00e9e rapide de l\u2019IA au sein de nombreux secteurs inqui\u00e8te les militants, qui soulignent l\u2019impact potentiel de ces technologies sur le travail.
